AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Code Shikhi ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Bangladesh at Rangpur, lalmonirhat, Lalmonirhat, Rājshāhi, Bangladesh 550. We operate the website https://codeshikhi.info (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

"Code Shikhi (https://codeshikhi.info) is an online platform that provides 100% free, production-ready Bootstrap 5 components, full-page responsive UI layouts, and web development roadmap guidelines for beginner developers and students. Users can copy, paste, and customize the open-source frontend components for personal and commercial projects."

7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

We may provide you areas on the Services to leave reviews or ratings based on firsthand experiences, using acceptable language free of profanity or discrimination.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least seven (7) days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with UNCITRAL rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Lalmonirhat, Rājshāhi, Bangladesh. The language of the proceedings shall be Bangla.

16. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services without prior notice.

17. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
